Article 4 Changes in Purpose of Use

Article 5 Third Party Provision of Personal Information

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information will not be considered as a third party.

Article 6: Disclosure of Personal Information

1. We can provide the registered User information of Users who have booked courses, etc., to the User who is the Instructor of the courses, etc., in order for registered Users who are Instructors to know the status of participation in courses, etc., and to contact participants, and the User agrees to this without objection.

2. We can provide the information of the registered User who is an Instructor to Users who have booked courses, etc., in order for the registered User who booked the course to contact the registered User who is the Instructor in charge of the course about questions, and the User agrees to this without objection.

3. When the User requests us to disclose personal information, we will disclose it to the User without delay. However, if disclosing it would fall under any of the following, we may not disclose all or part of it, and if we decide not to disclose it, we will notify the User of this fact without delay.

(1) If there is a possibility of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the User or a third party.

(2) If there is a possibility of significantly hindering the proper execution of the our business.

(3) If it would violate other laws and regulations.

4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information will not be disclosed as a principle.

Article 7 Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

2. In addition, the User can also request us to correct, add, or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") by the contact method described in the preceding paragraph.

3. When we receive a request from a User pursuant to the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to respond to that request, we will promptly perform correction, etc., for the personal information.

4. If we make a correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decide not to make a correction, etc., we will promptly notify the User.

Article 8: Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.

1. When we receive a request from a User to stop the use or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "use stop, etc.") of the User on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or it was obtained by fraudulent means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.

2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will promptly stop the use, etc. of the relevant personal information.

3. If we stop the use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decide not to stop the use, etc., we will promptly notify the user.

4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if it is difficult to stop the use, etc. due to a large amount of cost or other reasons, and if it is possible to take an alternative measure necessary to protect the rights and interests of the User, we will take this alternative measure.

Article 9: Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. The contents of this Policy can be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this Policy.
